We can help you make the best beers possible from a kit and then help you brew without kits, using grains and hops. Mash brewing makes good beers and our brew lessons, free advice and large range of mash brew supplies and equipment makes it easy.
Want to make wine? Why not, grapes are cheap ATM. We can supply advice, chemicals and wine yeasts. We also rent crusher, press and floor mounted corking machine to those making wine for the first time. Or just turn juice into wine with the Oztops kit!

What makes a great Brew enhancer Pack? Dry wheat malt extract provides awesome head retention and a creamy mouthfeel. Round this out with light, dark or amber malt extract as needed. For the more advanced brewer, crystal and roast malts to steep to add malt flavor and fresh hops to provide flavor and aroma.
Our Packs meet these criteria:- wheat malt is in most, the lowest percentage of malt in our Packs is 60% and our Series 2 Packs come with hops kept fresh in our 'fridge until the moment of sale, and a range of specialty malts, including more unusual grains like roasted rye and crystal wheat, to boost the malt flavor. Grains packed seperately for steeping, so we can put in more grain to give you more flavor!
